At IME, LLC the privacy of our clients and their personal information is just as important to us as providing the highest levels of service in the industry – making sure you get to your destination promptly, safely, and comfortably. We treat ALL information you give us as strictly confidential.
We do not sell lists of contact information of any kind or let other companies solicit you in any way. We will never give out customer information to anyone without the customer’s express written consent.

By placing a reservation with IME,LLC you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and further authorize IME,LLC to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a no-show or for vehicle cleaning or damage. Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not when the cancellation period is reached.
IME Waiting Time
IME waiting time is based on the hourly rate for a particular vehicle and is charged at 15 minute increments. Time spent waiting at additional stop(s) will be charged as waiting time. IME has a 15 minute grace period for all time overages on the way to reserved destination. All stops must be pre-arranged before the rental begins. Due to the size of our vehicles and safety concerns, all unplanned stops are at the discretion of the chauffeur. IME reserves the right to charge for unplanned stops.
Waiting time charges may apply after the complimentary waiting time expires. For international flights the first 60 minutes are free all additional waiting time is billable. For domestic flights the first 45 minutes are free all additional waiting time is billable. For private residence and hotel pickup the first 20 minutes are free all additional waiting time is billable.
IME updates all flight arrival times when a correct flight number or tail number is provided, but the update is only as reliable as the information we are provided by the airline or passenger(s).
We charge waiting time for ‘Meet and Greet’ service at the airport. For all ‘Meet and Greet’ please be advised.
On all airport arrival reservations you will be considered a no-show after 45 minutes (60 minutes for international arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) past your flights arrival time. If you have not met your chauffeur or contacted IME,LLC at 720-539-3209 by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation. To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting IME,LLC by phone.
A credit card is needed to hold all reservations. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express.
IME Cancellation Policy
IME requires cancellations at least 72 hours in advance for all reservations or the full charge will be assessed. No-shows or clients who do not call in advance to cancel reservations will be charged the full amount of the fare. No charge if the flight is delayed or cancelled by the airline.
IME Change Policy
ALL changes to an existing reservation notice from the scheduled pickup date/time must be made by calling IME, LLC at 720-539-3209. If your flight is missed or delayed of more than one hour, please call Customer Service immediately to reschedule accordingly.
IME Rate Policy
All IME rates are subject to audit after order completion. This audit includes actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops, etc. The final charges will be based on the actual time used. Rates are billed, including, applicable fees and tolls, and a 20% chauffeur gratuity. If you choose to provide an additional cash gratuity it is at your sole discretion and would be in addition to the 20% you have already paid for.
All out of pocket charges, including, but not limited to road tolls, parking, airport fees and luggage carts will be billed to the client.
Early morning fee of 10% applies between the hours of 9:30pm – 6:00am.
Holiday surcharge of 20% applies between the dates of Dec,14th – Jan,9th.
Holiday surcharge of 10% applies on all holidays and extended weekends like Thanksgiving, Martin Luther King, Presidents’ Day, Easter, Spring Break and etc.
Limitations of Liability
IME, LLC is not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature, and or circumstances that are beyond our control – including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays.
Parties causing damage to vehicles or service items during a ride are directly and fully responsible for any and all cleaning, replacement, or repair costs.
- Vomit/Sickness – $300/incident for cleaning fee,
- Broken/Missing glassware – $15.00/glass,
- Burns – $500/incident for replacement or repair,
- Upholstery Tears – $500-1,000/incident for replacement or repair and/or opening a car door into another vehicle or stationary object.
Actual amount will be billed per repair fee and time out of service for the vehicle.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items
IME, LLC is not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost, stolen or damaged. Our company is not liable for lost items left behind in any vehicle by a passenger, but we will do whatever we can to help you find it.
IME has a Lost and Found Department. If you suspect you have left an item in an IME affiliated vehicle, please call Customer Service at 720-539-3209 and provide your name, contact number and date of trip along with a brief description of the item. Please note that it may take 2-3 business days for the Lost and Found Department to retrieve your item (if it is found). Once and if your item has been received from the chauffeur, Lost and Found will contact you and provide you with options of how you can pickup or receive your item. IME reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found.
IME recommends that all personal items be removed from the vehicle before you leave.
IME Alcohol/Illicit Substances Policy
Minors under the age of 21 are not permitted to have alcohol in the vehicle at any time, even with parent’s permission. No illicit substances are permitted in the vehicles at any time. No exceptions. The chauffeur will terminate the charter immediately without refund if he/she observes any illicit substances or minors with alcohol and return all the passengers to the original pick up point or to drop at any safe location due to the above infractions or to call the parents to pick the minors up at a specified safe location. There will be no refunds for any of the unused time.
IME No-Smoking Policy
There is a no-smoking policy for all of our vehicles.
