InterMountain Express LLC, further IME, has decided upon and enacted the following policies, last updated 13 DEC 2024.

At IME, we prioritize the privacy and security of our clients’ personal information with the same level of dedication that we apply to providing exceptional service. Your trust is invaluable to us, and we are committed to safeguarding your data while ensuring that you enjoy a seamless, safe, and comfortable travel experience.

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. Your personal data will never be sold or shared with any third party for marketing or solicitation purposes without your explicit, written consent. We are steadfast in our commitment to protecting your privacy and ensuring that any information you provide is handled with the highest levels of care and professionalism.

We do not engage in the practice of selling or trading customer contact information. Rest assured, your data will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your reservation and enhancing your overall service experience with IME. We also retain the right to share necessary information with our service providers, such as transportation and service partners, only for the purpose of completing your booking or ensuring proper service delivery. These third parties are held to the same stringent standards of confidentiality and data protection as we are.

Promotional Communication Consent

IME may, from time to time, send promotional emails or other communications about services, special offers, or relevant travel information. By providing us with your contact information, you expressly consent to receiving such communications, which you can opt-out of at any time. You have the right to withdraw your consent for promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or by contacting us directly. Your privacy is important to us, and we ensure that all communications respect your preferences and privacy rights.

Information Collected and Stored

Like most website operators, we collect non-personally-identifying information that web browsers and servers typically make available. This may include details such as browser type, language preferences, referring sites, and the date and time of each visitor request. The purpose of collecting this data is to improve our understanding of how visitors use the website and to enhance user experience.

Information Collected During the Checkout Process

When you place an order, we ask for your name, billing address, email address, phone number, pickup/destination address and payment details. We may also request optional account information like a username and password. We use this information to:

  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Send you updates about your account and orders
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Set up and manage your account with us
  • Comply with legal obligations, such as calculating taxes
  • Improve our promotional offers
  • Send marketing communications, if you opt to receive them

Account Information Storage

If you create an account, we store your name, address, email, and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders. We retain this information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, unless required by law to retain it for longer periods.

Comments and Reviews

We also store comments or reviews if you choose to leave them.

Terms of Service

Waiting Time

IME waiting time is based on the hourly rate for a particular vehicle and is charged at 15 minute increments. Time spent waiting at additional stop(s) will be charged as waiting time. IME has a 15 minute grace period for all time overages on the way to reserved destination. All stops must be pre-arranged before the rental begins. Due to the size of our vehicles and safety concerns, all unplanned stops are at the discretion of the chauffeur. IME reserves the right to charge for unplanned stops.

Waiting time charges may apply after the complimentary waiting time expires. For international flights the first 60 minutes are free all additional waiting time is billable. For domestic flights the first 45 minutes are free all additional waiting time is billable.  For private residence and hotel pickup the first 15 minutes are free all additional waiting time is billable.

IME updates all flight arrival times when a correct flight number or tail number is provided, but the update is only as reliable as the information we are provided by the airline or passenger(s).

We charge waiting time for ‘Meet and Greet’ service at the airport. For all ‘Meet and Greet’ please be advised.

On all airport arrival reservations you will be considered a no-show after 45 minutes (60 minutes for international arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) past your flights arrival time. If you have not met your chauffeur or contacted IME at 720-539-3209 by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation. To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting IME by phone.

Deposit

A credit card is needed to hold all reservations. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express.

Cancellation Policy

IME requires cancellations at least 72 hours in advance for all reservations or the full charge will be assessed. No-shows or clients who do not call in advance to cancel reservations will be charged the full amount of the fare. No charge if the flight is delayed or cancelled by the airline.

Change Policy

ALL changes to an existing reservation notice from the scheduled pickup date/time must be made by calling IME, LLC at 720-539-3209. If your flight is missed or delayed of more than one hour, please call Customer Service immediately to reschedule accordingly.

Rate Policy

All IME rates are subject to audit after order completion. This audit includes actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops, etc. The final charges will be based on the actual time used. Rates are billed, including, applicable fees and tolls, and a 10% chauffeur gratuity. If you choose to provide an additional cash gratuity it is at your sole discretion and would be in addition to the 10% you have already paid for.

Surcharges

All out of pocket charges, including, but not limited to road tolls, parking, airport fees and luggage carts will be billed to the client.

Early morning fee of 10% applies between the hours of 9:30pm – 6:00am.

Holiday surcharge applies on all holidays and extended weekends like Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Martin Luther King, Presidents’ Day, Easter, Spring Break and etc.

Limitations of Liability 

IME is not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature, and or circumstances that are beyond our control – including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays.

Vehicle Damage/Cleaning

Parties causing damage to vehicles or service items during a ride are directly and fully responsible for any and all cleaning, replacement, or repair costs.

  • Vomit/Sickness – $300/incident for cleaning fee,
  • Broken/Missing glassware – $15.00/glass,
  • Burns – $500/incident for replacement or repair,
  • Upholstery Tears – $500-1,000/incident for replacement or repair and/or opening a car door into another vehicle or stationary object.

Actual amount will be billed per repair fee and time out of service for the vehicle.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items

IME is not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost, stolen or damaged. Our company is not liable for lost items left behind in any vehicle by a passenger, but we will do whatever we can to help you find it.

IME has a Lost and Found Department. If you suspect you have left an item in an IME affiliated vehicle, please call Customer Service at 720-539-3209 and provide your name, contact number and date of trip along with a brief description of the item. Please note that it may take 2-3 business days for the Lost and Found Department to retrieve your item (if it is found). Once and if your item has been received from the chauffeur, Lost and Found will contact you and provide you with options of how you can pickup or receive your item. IME reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found.

IME recommends that all personal items be removed from the vehicle before you leave.

Alcohol/Illicit Substances Policy

Minors under the age of 21 are not permitted to have alcohol in the vehicle at any time, even with parent’s permission. No illicit substances are permitted in the vehicles at any time. No exceptions. The chauffeur will terminate the charter immediately without refund if he/she observes any illicit substances or minors with alcohol and return all the passengers to the original pick up point or to drop at any safe location due to the above infractions or to call the parents to pick the minors up at a specified safe location. There will be no refunds for any of the unused time.

No-Smoking Policy

There is a no-smoking policy for all of our vehicles.
