Our connecting flight from Denver --> Aspen was cancelled and InterMountain Express got us to Snowmass last-minute during snowy conditions. The Suburban was impeccable, outfitted with snow tires, and was more than enough space for may family of five and all our ski gear. We had to pay an added premium for the last-minute service - it is my understanding that pre-planned trips rand for 1/2 the cost - but it was an expense well worth it to get my family safely to our resort and on the slopes on schedule the following day.

  2. Proceed to baggage claim and collect all luggage(5th floor).
  3. After you have gathered all your bags, proceed to the exit(5th floor). Text or call your driver immediately with the door number. It usually takes driver about 5 minutes after you text door number to get there from holding area. If you are on the east side of the terminal, exit through doors 507 or 511. If you are on the west side of the terminal, exit through doors 506 or 510.
  4. After you exit, cross the first street. On the first island, there will be a booth with a sign that reads “LIMO”. Your driver will meet you there.

* In case you don’t have a phone to contact us: tell the airport personnel in the limo booth that “InterMountain Express” is making the pickup. The person in the booth will call dispatch, and your driver will arrive within five minutes.

If you are traveling with skis/snowboards/golf clubs, you should reserve SUV online or call us at 720-539-3209. Our SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and up to 6 pieces of luggage (depending on size) and up to 6 skis/snowboards/golf clubs (depending on size).
Our company suggests that you make a reservation 72 hours in advance to ensure a car will be available. All NEW and ASAP reservations within the next 72 hours must be called into IME at 720-539-3209
Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to pickup time or cancellation fees (full charge) will be assessed. No charge if the flight is delayed or cancelled by the airline.
As a courtesy to our customers we do attempt to contact all our customers when their drivers are on location. However, please call Customer Service at 720-539-3209 after you have picked up your luggage and you are ready to be picked up.
Unfortunately, chauffeurs are unable to leave their vehicles unattended. The drivers will be pleased to assist with your luggage from the front of your building to the vehicle.
If your child is under the age of 7, legally your child must be in a car seat. IME provides complimentary car seats and booster seats per your request (but does not provide infant seats). Please contact us if you need any assistance.

Such great service! Arrived early and assisted with carrying and loading baggage. The driver was very nice and provided us with tips for navigating the Denver Airport. All passengers felt extremely comfortable in the car and with the driver. So much better than a shuttle service!

I was very pleased with the service of InterMountain Express. They arrived on time and communication made the process so easy. Our driver Elze was great. After scrambling to get a new flight because our flight had been cancelled, it was so nice to relax for the drive to Vail.
