Experience was simply fantastic! The driver showed up punctually for our Red Rocks show and even waited for us despite the rain. He promptly picked us up afterwards. Our connecting flight from Denver --> Aspen was cancelled and InterMountain Express got us to Snowmass last-minute during snowy conditions. The Suburban was impeccable, outfitted with snow tires, and was more than enough space for may family of five and all our ski gear. We had to pay an added premium for the last-minute service - it is my understanding that pre-planned trips rand for 1/2 the cost - but it was an expense well worth it to get my family safely to our resort and on the slopes on schedule the following day.

Please read this carefully as these few steps will help you navigate upon arrival:

When you arrive, please check your phone for your driver’s phone number. If you did not receive a message from your driver, call Customer Service at +17205393209. (*If you do not have a cell phone, see instructions below.)
Proceed to baggage claim and collect all luggage (5th floor).
After you have gathered all your bags, proceed to the exit(5th floor). Text or call your driver immediately with the door number. It usually takes driver about 5 minutes after you text door number to get there from holding area. If you are on the east side of the terminal, exit through doors 507 or 511. If you are on the west side of the terminal, exit through doors 506 or 510.
After you exit, cross the first street. On the first island, there will be a booth with a sign that reads “LIMO”. Your driver will meet you there.

* In case you don’t have a phone to contact us: tell the airport personnel in the limo booth that “InterMountain Express” is making the pickup. The person in the booth will call dispatch, and your driver will arrive within five minutes.
WHEN ARRIVING FOR PICKUP, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL OF THE PEOPLE AND BAGS IN YOUR PARTY. WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WAIT FOR STRAGGLERS AS THIS WILL CAUSE FURTHER DELAYS.

Do you charge extra for luggage?

There is NO charge for luggage as long as it all fits into the trunk in Luxury Sedans and into the trunk and the roof box in Luxury SUVs.

I have skis, snowboards or golf clubs. What vehicle should I reserve?

If you are traveling with skis/snowboards/golf clubs, you should reserve SUV online or call us at 720-539-3209. Our SUVs accommodate up to 6 passengers and up to 6 pieces of luggage (depending on size) and up to 6 skis/snowboards/golf clubs (depending on size).

How much notice is required to make a reservation?

Our company suggests that you make a reservation 72 hours in advance to ensure a car will be available. All NEW and ASAP reservations within the next 72 hours must be called into IME at 720-539-3209

How much notice is required to cancel a reservation?

Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to pickup time or cancellation fees (full charge) will be assessed. No charge if the flight is delayed or cancelled by the airline.

Will I get a call when my car arrives?

As a courtesy to our customers we do attempt to contact all our customers when their drivers are on location. However, please call Customer Service at 720-539-3209 after you have picked up your luggage and you are ready to be picked up.

Can the driver come into my building to pick up my luggage and bring it out to the car?

Unfortunately, chauffeurs are unable to leave their vehicles unattended. The drivers will be pleased to assist with your luggage from the front of your building to the vehicle.

Does IME provide a car/booster seat for my child?

If your child is under the age of 7, legally your child must be in a car seat. IME provides complimentary car seats and booster seats per your request (but does not provide infant seats). Please contact us if you need any assistance.

Can my kids travel alone?

An adult must accompany passengers under the age of 18 years. A chauffeur reserves the right to ask for ID for proof of age.

Red Rock Construction

Construction in and around the venue will impact entrances and access to the amphitheatre from November 16, 2022 to April 2023. As a result of these improvement projects, the Visitor Center and Top Plaza will be closed throughout the construction window. The Trading Post remains open during normal business hours.

Access to the amphitheatre will be maintained via the North Trail and East Stairs entrances – these entrances are not wheelchair accessible. The South Ramp is closed.
