Terms and Conditions for Private Car Service Promotion
Promotion Period
This promotion is valid from January 18, 2025 through November 30, 2025. The promotion is NOT valid from February 13, 2025 through February 18, 2025.
Promotion Details
When you book a round-trip from Denver to the Ski resorts in Rocky Mountains, you will receive 20% OFF the cost of the return trip from the Mountains to Denver. Booking window is before January 25, 2025. To redeem the discount, use the promotional code: “Winter2025” at the time of booking. The discount is only applicable to the return leg of the round-trip journey.
Eligibility and Booking
- The promotion is available for round-trip bookings only.
- To qualify for the promotion, the round-trip booking must be made and confirmed before the scheduled departure date.
- To apply the discount, customers must enter the promotional code “Winter2025” at the time of booking.
- The 20% discount will only apply to the return journey from the mountains to Denver, and not to the initial trip from Denver to the mountains.
Exclusions
- The promotion does not apply during the blackout period from February 13, 2025 to February 18, 2025.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
- The promotion is available only for private car service bookings within the designated service areas and routes.
