Private car service in Colorado: booking checklist
Private transportation can connect Denver International Airport with mountain destinations when a scheduled shuttle or rental car does not suit your itinerary. Compare operators using the same travel date, pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger count and luggage. No provider is automatically the fastest, safest or lowest-priced choice for every trip.
Confirm the route and pickup
Give the operator your flight number, destination address and any planned stops. Ask where to meet the driver and how a delayed flight affects pickup and waiting charges. Mountain travel times vary with weather and congestion; check CDOT’s current I-70 guidance before departure.
Check vehicle and passenger needs
Before reserving, confirm the exact vehicle category, seat count, ski and luggage space, and any child seats or accessibility needs. Ask which amenities are available on your particular trip. This guide does not promise Wi-Fi, a specific model, free drinks or a particular fleet size.
Review the price and policies
Get a trip-specific quote and check whether tolls, extra stops, waiting time and gratuity are included. Review cancellation and payment terms in the actual booking documents. Historical COVID-era procedures in earlier versions of this article should not be treated as current company policy.
