Please Note: All policies listed apply only to all Colorado Airport shuttle services listed here, which include the Denver Airport Shuttle, Aspen Airport Transfer, Eagle Vail Airport Shuttle, Airport Transfer from Vail, Airport Transfer from Beaver Creek, Airport Shuttle to Breckenridge, Keystone Airport Shuttle, Copper Mountain Airport Shuttle and Steamboat Transfer. InterMountain Express Cancelation Policy:
Reservations always require a credit card. Payment is made via the Internet in real time immediately after placing an order. To make a financial transaction, cards of international payment systems VISA (all types), MasterCard (including Maestro) issued by any bank in the world are suitable. Please, bear in mind that cancelations made after 72 hours of the service date are non-refundable. If you have faced any force major situation, you should let us know; otherwise we will take the whole payment plus 20% for driver. All cancelations made before 72 hours will require 7% proceeding fee.
InterMountain Express Reservation Policy:
If you received information about the prices for individual transfers from airport, please bear in mind that those prices are valid only for 24 hours. The skiing season is about to open very soon, so you might be faced with extremely high rates. In order to avoid such situations, book a private transfer as soon as it is possible.
InterMountain Express Child Car Seats:
If you need a child seat, you must indicate this when ordering the service, it is provided in any car. The employees of the transfer company take care of your safety. Helpful and courteous drivers will take care of your suitcases, take you to your car, and you will only have to enjoy the views of the surroundings during the journey.
According to the rules, all little children under 1 age should travel in a rare facing child seat. Children older than 4 years old may travel in a rear facing child seat. Please note that child seat is an additional service that we provide for free, but the amount of seats are limited.
Rules for transporting pets:
You can transport pets in our cars, but we require you to inform us in advance that you will be traveling with a pet. The dog or cat must be carried in a carrier, large breeds are transported with a special lock (it is sold in pet stores), a dog of any size must be muzzled and on a leash. In addition, the owner of the pet must have a litter with him. However, it never hurts to have an old blanket in the trunk – just for such cases. Small animals are transported in cages with a blank bottom or in baskets, containers or special boxes. These transportation attributes are designed not only to comply with the law, but also for the safety of the animal itself. During emergency braking or an accident, any unfixed object increases its mass. A dog, cat, or any other pet can be seriously injured.
Rules for the transportation of luggage:
Passengers can carry baggage with them if its weight does not exceed the allowable norms of our car; and only with the trunk closed.
Passengers can also carry things and items in the car if they:
Freely pass through the doors,
do not pollute or spoil the interior;
do not interfere with the driver,
do not block the rear-view mirror;
Failure to comply with one of these conditions gives you the right to cancel the trip.
